Liposuction
Grant Amount: 20% to a maximum of $2000

Face / Neck Lift (Rhytidectomy)
Grant Amount: 19.5% to a maximum of $1850

Breast Augmentation
Grant Amount: 18.5% to a maximum of $1500

Nose Job (Rhinoplasty)
Grant Amount: 19.5% to a maximum of $1850
