Grant Amount: 20% to a maximum of $600

Lip augmentation is a type of procedure that aims to increase lip fullness through enlargement using fillers, fat or implants.

Microdermabrasion

Grant Amount: 18.5% to a maximum of $600

Microdermabrasion, is a way to rejuvenate your skin by reducing the appearance of acne scarring, fine lines, blemishes, and enlarged pores.

Chemical Peel

Grant Amount: 19.5% to a maximum of $600

A chemical peel is a technique used to improve and smooth the texture of the skin. Facial skin is mostly treated, and scarring can be improved.

Hair Replacement

Grant Amount: 20% to a maximum of $2000

A non-surgical hair replacement system is comprised of numerous modalities and approaches that may involve regular maintenance and attention.
