The Cosmetic Surgery Grants Program connects you with trusted surgeons and covers up to 15%, to a maximum of $2000, of your Follicular Unit Extraction Hair Transplant. There are no claim forms to fill out as the Grant will be automatically deducted from the cost of your procedure.

Grant amounts are based on the type of procedure you select. The Grant amount for a Hair Transplant or Restoration Surgery is 15% of the cost of your surgery plan, to a maximum of $2000. FUE Transplant Surgery cost will vary depending on your surgeon's expertise and the number of extractions and sessions you will need, which will be determined at the time of your consultation.

You can combine the grant with other procedures.
