for Hair Transplant & Replacement
Dr. Mac Fadra is a participating surgeon of the Cosmetic Surgery Grants Program, where you can receive a Grant up to $2000 toward Hair Transplant & Restoration procedures.
Get a 20% Grant, to a max. of $2000, for Hair Transplant & Hair Restoration at MAXIM Hair Restoration in Fort Worth, TX.
Hair Transplant and Replacement procedures restore hair to areas of your scalp that are balding or thinning.
Hair Replacement procedures offered by Dr. Fadra include, but are not limited to:
- Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT)
- Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)
- Facial Hair Transplant
- Nonsurgical Hair Restoration
After your consultation with MAXIM Hair Restoration, your surgeon will recommend the best suited procedure for your desired results and for the best possible outcome.
About the Cosmetic Surgery Grants Program
The Cosmetic Surgery Grants Program connects you with trusted hair transplant surgeons and covers up to 20%, to a maximum of $2000, of your Hair Transplant or Restoration procedure. There are no claim forms to fill out as the Grant will be automatically deducted from the cost of your procedure.

Other Grant Amounts
Grant amounts are based on the type of procedure you select. The Grant amount for a Hair Transplant or Restoration Surgery is 20% of the cost of your surgery plan, to a maximum of $2000.
You can combine the grant with other cosmetic procedures.
